Watching snails crawl and paint dry!

Ok so maybe folks will be saying, “what the heck!” So what do I mean?

I am in danger of allowing life take-over. In the UK the pace of things is fast – too fast. In Cornwall things are a little bit more laid back, but we are still in danger of allowing things to take-over. I want to ensure that I am a people person – that things and agendas are not controlled by outside influences but are guided and directed by my love and devotion to Jesus and also my love for people.

So watching snails crawl and paint dry is simply about taking time and just slowing down. Now of course some people might be saying what are snails and what is paint – why do they crawl and why does it need to dry!
