Abi Studios

Abis favorite word this week along with “my God” (it’s the start of a song she loves). She is comming out with more words by the hour. She copies new words and repeats herself a lot to practice. i think she is working hard at developing the gift of the gab like her beloved dad.

Abi has done her first wee in her potty and now doesn’t want to get off it.

Abi has just learnt to say her name “Abigail”. She does not seam to want to be called Abi any more, as whenever we call her Abi she replies Abigail. I even called her monkey yesterday to which she replied Abigail. Or she could maybe just enjoy that she can now say her name.

It is becomong clear that abi has her very own language she has words for things which are nothing like the “proper” words like “picachoo” means cheese. I wonder if Tolkien had kids when he was comming up with the names for the chracters and places in his novels.

Abi has a new word which has been foxing us for a while. It sounds a bit rude and she says it quite insistantly some times. We have just discovered what it means…. bannana of course.

Ok so Abi has been ready to walk for sometime. She can balance and quite happy stood up. Anna and I have for sometime been encouraging her to walk between us and she does quite happily. However, what she does not do is walk by herself.
